I pushed a patch that should fix it (I do not own Komodo so i cannot test it).
Please report if it works fine now (old entries need reconfiguration:
tools->analysis engine->edit->configure UCI engine).

Hi there,
Komodo 9.02 is not working with the new Scid 4.6.1.
The engine log indicates that Scid seems to be "pushing" the buttons
to Clear Hash, Save and Load the Hash File. It should not be doing
that. It should only be sending options that change and never
pushing the buttons unless you push them.
