After running "./configure" and "make install", I get an ".app" file in the dist directory, but the application doesn't start. In fact, it starts for about a second, then dies. Any ideas? Hi, you can try: 1) after "./configure && make install" launch scid from the command line with: ./scidthis should give you an error message 2) remove older scid config files (rm -r ~/.scid) Hope it helps, Fulvio
