Rules work by restriction - unless there's a restriction, it's allowed.
There is no restriction under the currect ICCF rules. Therefore, it's
allowed.

The same applies to chess documentation.

> I was referring to a computer chess database, I wouldn't even consider using
a chess engine unless I wanted to cheat.

Assuming that using a chess engine is cheating begs the question. Moreover,
it carries an accusation that is unwarranted. Check these games from a
recent World Championship with your chess engine and using any good chess
database:

Unless you want to accuse the best Correspondence Chess players of
cheating, you might need to revise your belief.

Mobile security can be enabling, not merely restricting. Employees who
bring their own devices (BYOD) to work are irked by the imposition of MDM
restrictions. Mobile Device Manager Plus allows you to control only the
apps on BYO-devices by containerizing them, leaving personal data untouched!
