I did as you have said Fulvio (see attached picture scid1.png).
I saved a new file as /najdorf-wyniki2.pgn/.
*New file is bigger* than the original one! :O

What is interesting, SCID removed comments in fact..
I checked the new file.
I don't understand this.
How can I make my files lighter without comments?
BTW does anybody knows if it is possible to generate tournament engine
vs engine in Arena 3.5.1 *without comments* added to the output file?

Open the PGN file, select from the menu:
Database->Export All Filter Games ->Export Filter to PGN file
and uncheck "Export Comments".
