Hi,

I'm using scid to manage my openings. Sometimes I'm digging huge variation
and often move has a lot of possible variations.

Is it possible to have a new shortcut like <CTRL> up key or to come back
directly to the last parent move?

I try to explain:

If I'm here (Orange arrow), using this new shortcut I could move back
directly to the move pointed by the Black arrow. Not sure I'm clear, let me
know I will try to reformulate.

Example #1: I'm on 12 . Tfd8 I'd like to go back to 9.h3

Example #2: I'm on 8 oo I'd like to go back to 6 Fg2

Example #3: I'm on 14 Fxc5 I'd like to go back to 13 Fe3

.

With this is more easier to go back to the parent and explorer another
variation ..

Another example:

If you are able to do this, you are great !!!

Thanks in advance,

Kind regards,

Denis.
