Oh no! Don't use the comment window at all. Marek omitted a step. In your game with "nicely formatted analysis variations" that continues past the resignation:
1. Ctrl-A 2. Add the last move of the game as a variation 3. Right-click on that move 4. Promote Variation to Main Line Done.
