It should be left and right arrow keys.

đź’ˇ Worth noting is that sometimes, when using a mix of mouse and keyboard to
navigate the game, the Notation window loses focus and takes no keyboard
input.
In such cases, I simply right click on an empty area in the Notation window
which makes a menu pop up. Then I right click on an empty area of the Notation
window which causes the popup menu to disappear.  At this point, the focus is
back and Notation window takes keyboard input.

Quite an annoying quirk but at least there's a way to work around it 🤷‍♂️
