I thought I'd share this as I struggled quite a bit with it before I figured it out.
When you run an engine via "Tools" -> "Start Engine 1 or 2", by default, the depth is set to infinity. To change the value, first kick the engine running, then lock the position and only after that set the depth. Enjoy. -- Bahman Movaqar (he/him/his) https://linktr.ee/bahmanm
