For a variety of reasons I won't go into here, I've had to rebuild my system from scratch. I had SCID 5.1.0 running on it. Now I need to reinstall it. The docs are unusually gnarly and the flatpak stuff just doesn't work for me. My OS is Ubuntu 22.04 LTS.
Tell me again what is the recommended way to install SCID on such a system? I don't remember if I downloaded a package or built from source, etc.
