[Scidb-users] gcc not found

Hi there,

I tried to compile the scidb-beta but get the error message "gcc not 
found" while executing ./configure. I'm using Open Suse 11.4 and "cnf 
gcc" tells me it's in /usr/bin/gcc.

I'd very much appreciate your help.
