Scidb is providing an export dialog: open the database and use
the context-sensitive menu (right mouse button) over the database
(in the database window) which you want to convert, select
"Export...", and choose the export format. Currently the export
dialog provides the conversion between all the following formats:
.sci, .si3/4, .pgn, .cbh. Only conversion to .cbh is not possible,
ChessBase keeps the format of the .cbh database secret, no one
knows how to write a ChessBase database. Reading a ChessBase
database is a result of trial and error.

Furthermore a command line tool with name 'cbh2si4' exists, which
is converting from .cbh to .si4. This tool is dedicated to Scid
users. Consult the man page 'cbh2si4' about the usage. Of course
the use of Scidb's export dialog is a more cozy way to convert
from .cb4 to .si4.
