I'm repeating my last mail, because accidentally I've sent it

I've released revision #841 which contains two new board themes:
1. "Country Style", a true enrichment, thanks to José Carlos Martins.
2. "Blackjack", this theme is not useful for laptops, only for high
resolution monitors.
Note that some of my themes are designed for the purpose to show
the capabilities of the board setup dialog. Furthermore in this way
I'm providing some templates for own design.
