I've released version r1295, with a long-awaited feature: tiled window
management (shortly: TWM).

Any basic window now has a title bar - except the immovable board pane. Use
Drag&Drop on the title bar to move a specific window to another place, hover
the displayed arrows for finding a position. Please also notice the context
sensitive menu on title bars.

A note about the analysis window: clicking the locomotive button will open a
new analysis window. Starting an engine in an existing window will be done
with the wrench button in this window. Now it is possible to start more than
one engine concurrently, because more than one analysis window can exist.

There are still two known minor problems:

- If Scidb starts with a maximal window, fitting the whole screen, then loading
a layout will not shrink the window (this is the behavior under KDE). I'm
still searching for a solution, but I don't know if a solution exists.

- After loading a layout some windows may differ a few pixels, I'm still
searching for the cause. I know that I don't have a bug in my layout
computation, I think there is any still undetected deviation in Tk's geometry
computation.

- It is tested under KDE, but I don't know if it works as expected under
different window managers. If you need a comparison, look at
http://scidb.sourceforge.net/misc/initial-layout.png, it shows the initial
layout (can be forced with "scidb-beta --initial-layout").

The implementation was a big task, I had to solve many technical problems. I
have tested a lot, but it is not yet tested in practice. Please report bugs to
http://sourceforge.net/p/scidb/bugs/ .

Have a good time!
Gregor
