I'm using the current svn (21 Oct 2014) version, complete with the new
https fix for Xfcc.  I'm having an issue using ICCF.  I'm not quite sure
what the issue is or where to go with it.

It appears to be contacting the server properly, but I get the following
error quoted below.  If I configure an SSL tunnel, and connect to
localhost using standard HTTP, it works just fine.  Here's the error
SCID is giving me:
