What does the order that we learn something have anything to do with this? Whenever I do a SQL query where I need to see the latest few rows, I do order by time desc, and when I open my games list, I want the latest one at the top, not the bottom. I don't care about the game I played 2 years ago when I started recording my games. I don't know about any standards to have old stuff be shown to you as more important.
