Thanks Matthew. That's a little bug in our oldish  version of OS X Tcl/Tk
which I can't seem to work around it. (You *can* actually get around
it by clicking on the finder (or another app), then going back to
Scid)

I have made a few little changes to the file history though. (in subversion)
- Try to catch silly "Base is already open" popup errors, removed the
non-working number prefixes from the second menu, and tweaked up the
Open-as-Tree history.
