We would like to inform you that Round II of the Palm Education Pioneer grant program is open, and the application forms are now online: http://palmgrants.sri.com The Palm Education Pioneer grants are targeted for K-12 teachers who want to equip an entire classroom with Palm computers. This program is being run by SRI International and Palm, Inc., to provide a set of Palm handeld computers to over 100 classrooms throughout the fifty United States and analyze the results in those classrooms. We will be awarding approximately 60-80 grants in Round II. We request statements of interest for Round II be submitted by Feb. 15. The deadline for submitting a full proposal is March 15, 2001.
