Title: ISBE Science Performance Descriptors; one point of vie
 I know this will be an unpopular point of view, but why don't we just have a state-wide cirriculum?  Then we wouldn't have to keep starting over or redefining.  We are all teaching to a test whether we like it or not, and I wish  I could just be handed a text book, and be told to teach this, and not have to wait for the new buzz word to interpret.  I am all for improvement and modernizing, but I am a one person department, and it is up to me to write LAPS, local assessemenst, goals, standards, and now figure in the descriptors.  What is next?
