Today I asked Lowell Herr if he'd like me to post an update about his
PhysLab workshop this summer in Portland, Oregon. He replied:
"We currently have sufficient applications (deadline is February 28th) for
this summer and expect more over the next week. If someone were diligent,
they could still get their application postmarked by the 28th.

Sigh - this is Lowell's last summer doing the PhysLab workshop. From what I
hear teachers say about PhysLab, it's one of the excellent programs that
should be institutionalized as graduate courses in universities, along with
Modeling Workshops.
