The TreeKeepers Program of Openlands Project is available to
CPS
teachers for graduate credit.  TreeKeepers is a
training
program in urban forestry.  Three-hour classes on each of seven
consecutive Saturdays starting March 17, 2001 followed by nine
hours of
field training and testing qualify for two graduate credit
hours.
Openlands has contracted with the College of Education at Aurora
University.
