Please consider this an open invitation to all to attend Northeastern Illinois University's Ninth Annual Student Research and Creative Activities Symposium on Friday, April 20, 2001. Most activities will take place in the Student Union at 5500 N. St. Louis Avenue. This is an opportunity to hear the research presentations of about two dozen students majoring in science and about 80 more covering all academic areas. The program begins at 9:00am, includes lunch at 1:40pm, and concludes around 3:00 pm. Those interested in initiating similar programs at their schools would be able to observe a thriving enterprise in action.
