I don't know where the list is, but I think you can search the archives at

There's a big dry ice plant in the south loop, kind of near the corner of
18th and Canal. I don't remember the name, but I found it by searching
through the yellow pages. They're open 24 hours, and will give you a 20
pound block of dry ice (more than you'll need) for ten bucks or so.
