SL is, in the "7rolling" repository. SL started out with a real handicap, having to deal with the new git.centos.org structure. And the CentOS nightly build packages are not GPG signed!!! That leaves the possibility of a man-in-the-middle proxy replacing any, or all of the packages as people download them.
