Why don't you complain to websites still using flash. Send them emails saying they shouldn't use it any more. There are plenty of HTML 5 alternatives and as much as I hate to say it moonlight works very well for any silverlight content without DRM.
There is a certain art form in knowing when to complain and when to keep you mouth shut.
