But just using
curl -s

-w %{redirect_url}
you can get the url
to download that file just use:
curl $(curl -s
"http://usa.kaspersky.com/files/?file=kis&program=one&lang=en&track=pu_kiskis_usen";
-w %{redirect_url}) -O
