If any are missing, let the maintainers know and they usually remedy the
situation pretty quickly.
Fedora RPMs are available in their respective repos as well as far as I
know.

I don't do it often, but I'm pretty sure there is a yum command to fetch
the source rpm as well. I think the source repo needs to be enabled for
this.
