The 6.9 release candidate should be published soon. That may be worth
testing on this hardware.

We just got a Dell Precision R7910. The net install CD hangs at
"detecting hardware." I can boot the LiveCD, but not the install CD.
I've tried both 6.7 and 6.8.
Has anyone run into this? Any work-arounds?
