This smells more like a hardware issue. Try adding irqpoll to the
kernel command line and see if this helps. Otherwise, have a closer

the report directory) if there are some more clues.
If it helps adding irqpoll to the kernel command line, then you might
want to consider reporting this - together with the dmesg file and
information about your hardware and in particular the motherboard
(unless it's a laptop).

It won't boot with irqpoll. :'(
Me thinks it is a USB3 issue. And it may be software related too
