Oops, I sent that prematurely. I just got this on my SL7x machine at 0436 -700,
when daily cron ran.
===8<---
/etc/cron.daily/0yum-daily.cron:
Update notice SLBA-2018:1424-1 (from sl-fastbugs) is broken, or a bad duplicate,
skipping.
You should report this problem to the owner of the sl-fastbugs repository.
If you are the owner, consider re-running the same command with --verbose to see
the exact data that caused the conflict.

(I was working my way down email folders or I'd have seen it sooner.)

7x and it seems to have corrected itself. I got it twice so I forwarded it for
your consideration as the message suggested. (Once is bad timing, Twice is a
problem exists. So I waited for two.)

Hi,
Thanks for the report! I haven't been able to reproduce this, but I'm assuming
you're running SL 7.5. Is this correct or are you running another version?
Thanks!
