I got something similar.
I was about to mark it as spam, and now that I see that someone else got
the same thing, I'm definitely marking it as spam.
I certainly hope that Fermilab's list-serve hasn't been switched to
something called "onmicrosoft.com"
And ... then I just looked ... and indeed it has.  Youch.
