There has been various issues with TB 102.7.X connecting to MS365. For me at least it appears to be fixed on AlmaLinux with 102.7.1-2. But it does *not* appear to be fixed with thunderbird-102.7.1-2.el7_9 on ScientificLinux. Can you check that you have the correct sources? TB seems to have done some kind of re-release which seems error prone.
