Hello,
There is a water leak in the Feynman Computing Center, where the main
Scientific Linux servers reside (www.scientificlinux.org,
ftp.scientificlinux.org, rsync.scientificlinux.org and the mail server
for the mail list).
They are going to try to leave essential servers on while fixing the
leak, but there is a possibility that they will have to be turned off.
If they are turned off, the current estimate is that they will be off
for 3 hours.

let you know, one way or another as soon as possible.
