Hello,
I have remade R so that it's R_ZIPCMD actually points to something instead of
being blank. The same commands should work to install it.
To Test
-------
If you already have R installed
yum --enablerepo=sl-testing update
If you don't have it installed
yum --enablerepo=sl-testing install R R-devel
