On the CERN network it is unstable but NetworkManager reconnects and my
sessions just pause for a few moments. Not perfect but workable. I've no
idea what makes the CERN network special.

I run the two services but the connection is still unstable...
I'll try on other wifi networks to see if this is related to this one.
