I am installing SL-5.1 on a test vm and I am having the following problem: virt-install --name server1 --ram 1024 --nographics --file /dev/vm1 --file-size 20 --location http://ftp.scientificlinux.org/linux/scientific/51/i386/
always returns with Could not find an installable distribution at ' http://ftp.scientificlinux.org/linux/scientific/51/i386/' I have tried both Fedora 8 and CentOS and they both work. I am thinking there is a specific file that virt-install and virt-manager look for in a folder and it is missing in SL. I need Scientific Linux. I would appreciate your help. Henok
