Hi,
We do not add or remove *any* features to the RHEL kernels.  So, the answer is 
no.
Once we do it for one person, it's a quick downhill slide to doing it for everyone. And pretty soon, it doesn't look like what RedHat put out.

p.s. CentOS Extra's has a modified kernel. I'm not sure what is turned on or off, but it's worth a look.
