I guess you can - either remove all aufs related rpms, update to the latest SL kernel (2.6.18-128.1.1.el5) and install aufs again with yum. - or you can build the kernel-module-aufs for your installed kernel(s) using the new SRPM http://www.livecd.ethz.ch/download/SRPMS/5x/aufs-0.20090202.cvs-6.sl5.src.rpm Troy, aufs-0.20090202.cvs-6.sl5.src.rpm is not yet in ftp://ftp.scientificlinux.org/linux/scientific/5rolling/SRPMS/SL/ Cheers, Urs
