Hi, Does anyone have experience with multi-seat terminals on SL 5.x that they can share. Basically, we want a set of dual-core or quad-core HP Computers, to which we attach respectively 2-3 and 4-6 terminals. Experience with any readily usable set-up , demanding little technical support for installation and operation, would be appreciated. (Set-up refers to hardware/software & their configuration, as well as accessories, such as USB hubs, and memory and processor speeds required per terminal, etc.
A quick search on the web suggested software from Userful (www.userful.com). However, an attempt to use a (borrowed) nvidia PCI single-head card and the on-board monitor failed woefully (on a noname PC running SL 5.2) when using the free trial 2-user liveCD version, but I think it was incompatibilities at hardware level.
