That's odd. As I look back, this has been a conflict since SL 4.3. But
even more interesting is that it looks like we don't even need the
k3b-mp3 rpm. It appears that since we had the lame libraries in the
release, that when we rebuilt k3b, it just automatically picked them up.
See if you can do what you need to do with k3b without the k3b-mp3 rpm.
