Thanks a lot for the help.
I haven't used an rpm based system for a long time and it seems I'm a bit 
unused to this sytem.

After getting the rpm I had a little dependency problem, but it was easy to 
solve

Have you looked in http://software.internet2.edu/rpms/i386/main/RPMS/ ?? The 
have several packaged rpm's maybe are interesting for you... The also have a 
directory for x86_64 arquitecture. 
It's not a SL repository, but it's better than nothing, isn't it??

Any way, you could ask in the mail lists of the project, you can find them in 
http://www.internet2.edu/performance/owamp/
