Can you please fix this, because I have already updated the system to
2.6.18-164.15.1, but obviously have to use previous kernel
2.6.18-164.11.1 instead...

The machine we are rsyncing from kept having it's max connections
reached, so I ran it by hand a few times until we got through.
You might need to do a
yum --enablerepo=atrpms clean all
before you see it.
