Can anybody help me in resolving this problem.

Looking at your configuration file, I noticed these two lines:

  subnet 192.168.1.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 {
         range dynamic-bootp 192.168.0.128 192.168.0.254;

If I am reading that correctly, your dynamic-bootp range is not in its own subnet. I think this may result in the server not using it. If that is the case, then the daemon will simply ignore any requests.

Troy has already asked you to describe in more detail what does and doesn't happen. So if what I've said here doesn't help, please do supply more information to allow others to help you.
