I finally got to migrate from centos to sl 6 this night. U have a simple and okd -5 years ild machine. I have a bunch if hes and I use lvm2. I decided to perform a clean install while preserving my data - I umonted vg, vgchange -an, vgexport it. After that removed it from /etc/fstab. And rebooted the machine. No issues at this point. Reboot from cd, point to url. Installation foes smooth until it comes to discovery of available hds. Ar that point it dies complaining about exported vg. I looked up an error, seems Luke this (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=191879)-closed in 2007 bug. what Am I missing?? -- Sent from my Android phone with K-9 Mail.
