Hey folks,
It looks like we are migrating to SL6 as the demise of CentOS is imminent. We have one user that uses a Griffons Powermate. It's kind of a dial used as a fancy input device. Anyway - back in the RH9 days, we would use a program called evrouter to interpret input signals for X11, well that project died back in 2006 (I believe). So, with SL6 - we plug in the Powermate and the kernel module gets loaded correctly. However, I see no user space tools for configuring this input device. Any ideas on where to go from here? PS - the Powermate is used in crystallography applications.
