Unable to use the GStreamer Multimedia Backend: The shared library was not found.

I have a new install of SL6.  When I login using KDE I get the above 
error _many_ times whenever anything tries to use phonon.  Any idea how 
to fix?  I have the following gstreamer stuff installed:
