Dropbox do not seem to promise "no peeking". On quick reading
of  http://www.dropbox.com/privacy I do not see any text
to the effect of "dropbox employees will not look at your files".

As for dropbox non-employees, they explicitely say that
they will give your data to anybody who asks nicely.

Thanks. Looks promising, but no iphone or android clients. (In fact
looks like a layer on top of "git").
