Any source for pulseaudio-equalizer for SL6?

I have looked through a bunch of the common repos and done a bunch of 
googling but haven't been able to find a source for 
pulseaudio-equalizer.  Anyone have some tips for finding that and the 
related dependencies (ex: ladspa-swh-plugins)

Having a system wide EQ would be really useful.
