Just out of curiosity, is there a spice plugin for virt-manager?
Fedora added SPICE / qxl to virt-manager with Fedora 15 and I believe all of
those changes got pushed upstream. Fedora 16 came out last week... so
virt-manager with SPICE support has been out for a while now. What version of
virt-manager are you using?
On my Fedora 16 system I'm using: virt-manager-0.9.0-7
SPICE / qxl was also added to virt-manager in RHEL 6.1 which is using:
virt-manager-0.8.6-4
I'm guessing you are running an ancient version?
TYL,
I am running Scientific Linux 6.1, which is a clone of RHEL 6.1.
$ rpm -qa \*spice\*
spice-server-0.8.0-1.el6.x86_64
spice-client-0.8.0-2.el6.x86_64
spice-protocol-0.8.0-1.el6.noarch
Hmmmmm. I think I am missing a package. Do you know the name of
the qxl package I am missing?
Many thanks,
