Syntax:
growisofs -dvd-compat -Z /dev/dvd=image.iso
Change your command to:
growisofs -dvd-compat -Z
/dev/sr0=./SL-61-x86_64-2011-07-27-__Everything-DVD2.iso
(Add the = sign.)
