Hello,

after upgrading a SL 6.1 machine (2.6.32-131.21.1) to SL 6.2 iscsiadm login
fails:

# iscsiadm -m node -T iqn.1986-03.com.sun:blabla --login
Logging in to [iface: default, target: iqn.1986-03.com.sun:blabla, portal:
172.23.0.1,3260] (multiple)
iscsiadm: Could not login to [iface: default, target:
iqn.1986-03.com.sun:blabla, portal: 172.18.0.1,3260].
iscsiadm: initiator reported error (12 - iSCSI driver not found. Please make
sure it is loaded, and retry the operation)

Rebooting (or maybe just restarting iscsid) will solve the problem, but this is
not an option on this production system.
Probably downgrading iscsi-initiator-utils (to SL 6.1 version) could help...
I didn't find anything in the RHEL 6.2 release notes related to this problem.

Is a reboot to the newest kernel necessary after performing a release upgrade?
I always thought that it isn't, because RHEL does a release upgrade only by
running "yum update". Btw. I find the SL way (upgrading sl-relase first) much
better :)
